2. We are fully Cash on delivery system so we are not keeping any payment related information.

1. Shobuj Bazar can send sms & email marketing fo the customer provided cell phone & email number during registration.

2. Customer need to pay 100% payment through bkash/rocket/nagad if ordered from outside Tangail City.

3. Customer can order through Cash on Delivery if ordered from within Tangail City.

4. Customer Can returned their product withing 3 days but returned will be accepted if the product and product package not damaged.

5. If customer returned the product then they have to provide full delivery charge and responsible to return properly in our hand by any media.

6. For returned product , customer payment will be refund after getting product returned.

7. Ready to Cook, Spicy paste & home made cake returned will be accepted within 8 hours.
